In Hebrews 2:1 we read the first warning in this book. It says, “Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it.” There is a real danger we face as followers of Jesus, the danger of drifting, of floating, of complacent in our relationship with Jesus.
