This Old Home

My nephew and his wife just purchased a home that was built in 1854. They have been living with his parents for 3 years because of low paying jobs and financial baggage they brought into the marriage. Soon they will have 2 children in daycare which many know is costly.They have a young son who will be 2 in June and a baby due in May. This will be their first home together but it is a fixer-upper in need of a lot of repairs. They could use many of the things that have been posted on your site, furnace, water heater, doors, windows, cabinets, insulation, you name it. This is the only home they could afford on their income. I tried to attach pictures, but the files were too big to send.
